General Event Information

Summer Festival is a 16 day event that consists of a Looping Story Progression System, Triple Point Banner System, and finally a Mini Raid System.

Clearing the Event provides you with substantial rewards. You will get 2 Holy Grails from completing the entire main story along with a Brand New Mystic Code, 38 Golden Apples, Servant Costumes, 14 SQ, and 3 Tickets from clearing our the entire event. You will also be rewarded with a fairly good Single Target Buster 4* Berserker – Summer Jeanne Alter.

NOTE: This event is very grindy, if you’re only planning to grab Summer Jalter along with her materials and copies, you don’t need to use apples. But a full completion of the event will require substantially more AP, especially if you don’t have bonus Servants and CE’s from the Gatcha. Expect to spend a golden apple a day in this case.

Summer Jeanne d’Arc Alter 4* Berserker

  • Very potent Berserker – especially for newer players.
  • Receive a temporary copy at the start of the event.
  • Becomes permanent after completing the main quests.
  • Provides 30% bonus points for the event.
  • Gains 50% additional bond points during event.
  • Players who already have NP5 Jalter from last year will receive Rare prisms for each copy from this event.

Temporary Copy available at start of event, Permanent when clearing Part 1 Main Story, Ascension Materials available on Point banner, and Extra copies available on Raid Battles.

7 Day Noon/Night Progression System

Click to see Looping Story Progression Details
  • This rerun plays exactly the same as the original run, except you only have 16 days instead of the original’s 21 day duration.
  • The Event is played on a 7-Day Loop that will reset.
  • Every time you complete a Main/Free Quest, the day will progress from noon to night time, followed by the starting of a new day.
  • Each Day, at noon or night time, there will be specific Main Quests available.
  • On the 7th day, you will be able to pick a Special CE(11 total). Once you have done this the Time Loop will reset back to day 1 (You will see B.B. pop up to tell you so).
  • These Special CE’s will provide a 10% Point Gain to all 3 Point Banner Types when placed on your team.
  • You will be spending the majority of the event playing through the Main Story broken into various stages: Prologue/Part I/Part II.
  • If there is no Main Quest available, run a Free Quest to progress the time forward.
  • You will get your first temporary copy of Jeanne Alter at the start of the event. You will need to clear Part 1 Main Quest to make her permanent.

Triple Point Banner System

  • This event features 3 different point reward banners that are capped at 1 million points.
  • All Summer Servants and specific Servants that show up in the event, will provide between a 10-30% Bonus to Point Gain.
  • Each Point Banner will have specific Event CE’s that will boost their respective Point Gain by 30%(60% when Max Limit Broken).
  • Event will provide you with 5 copies of each CE(3 copies in the Shop / 2 copies in the Point Banner), it is not recommended to MLB until you get your last copy at 800K on the Point Banners.
  • All point grinding will be done through the Free Quests.
  • Certain Main Quests and Special CE’s will require you to reach a certain point threshold in order to access.
  • It is recommended that you focus on one type of Point Banner until you reach at least 400k to access certain Special CE Quests.

Mini Raid System

  • After clearing the Main Story Quests and making Jeanne Alter Permanent, Raid Quests will be available.
  • Completing these Raid Quests will give you the 4 copies of Summer Jalter required to make her NP5.
  • This is not a global raid, individual players must clear the Raids on their own.
  • Raids have a 15 turn limit, failing to defeat the boss within the 15 turns will reward damage dealt but yield no drops.
  • Withdrawing will not reward you with any drops or count damage.
  • Raid Battles will provide you with a substantial amount of Points, so make sure to have bonuses to take advantage of this.
  • The Final Battle of each raid will reward no points, but will drop some fair good material loot.
  • You cannot use Command Spell nor can you revive with SQ.

Support Setup Recommendation

At the Early Stage of the event, players will mostly focus on getting the highest point bonus, therefore Point Bonus CEs are preferred. Towards the later half of the event, players will shift toward Gacha Drop Bonus CE.

Raid Quests

  • Doing Raid Quests will make the day move forward just like any other Free or Main Quest.
  • Completing the Raid Boss will give you an extra copy of Summer Jeanne Alter.
  • Raid Quests will award you a total of ~35,000 Base Doujin Points for each specific Doujin Point Banner, so make sure to stack the correct Bonus on your team before proceeding.
  • Withdrawing will not reward any damage or rewards.
  • You cannot use command spells or SQ to revive.
  • If you survive until 15 turns but fail to kill the boss, the damage will be rewarded but you will not getting drops/points from it, so its better for you to withdraw and completely defeat the boss on your next attempt for the rewards.

-> Sacrilege Tetrahedron I – Sesshyoin of the Night – Drops Doujin Imagination(Orange)

Raid Boss: Kiara – Moon Cancer – 1,300,000 HP

Kiara has a special effect during Daytime that gives her Damage Resistance to all attacks. Fight her during the Night to avoid this.

Kiara has the Naga Saver Passive which allows her to do 1.5x Damage to Ruler Class Servants.

  1. Stage 1 – 200,000 HP, Will inflict taunt on frontline servant, Drops Doujin Imagination when defeated.
  2. Stage 2 – 300,000 HP, Kiara starts with MAX NP Charge at the start of the battle, Drops Doujin Imagination when defeated.
  3. Stage 3 – 400,000 HP, Kiara starts with MAX NP Charge at the start of the battle, Drops Doujin Imagination when defeated.
  4. Final – 58,000 HP, will inflict taunt on a frontline servant, Drops Gallstones when defeated.Kiara’s NP can pierce invulnerability, can charge her NP gauge and steal NP gauge from allies.

Your best options are to go with Anti-Female Servants such as Jack or Carmilla. Summer Martha as a ST ruler works here, but she will take 1.5x Extra Damage from Kiara, due to her passive. Fight her during the Night time or else she will be much harder to kill, especially since she can fire off her NP fairly quick if she keeps spamming her charge skill. You can also rely on a strong Single Target Berserker with supports to try to kill her as quickly as possible.

-> Sacrilege Tetrahedron II – Demon God Coconut Milk – Drops Doujin Technique(Blue)

Raid Boss: Demon Pillar – Moon Cancer – 1,600,000 HP

Demon Pillar has NP regen when fought on Days 4-6.

  1. Stage 1 – 300,000 HP, Chance to Poison Frontline Servants at start of battle, Drops Doujin Technique when defeated.
  2. Stage 2 – 500,000 HP, Chance to Poison Frontline Servants at start of battle, Drops Doujin Technique when defeated.
  3. Final – 56,000 HP, Chance to Poison Frontline Servants at start of battle, Drops Spirit Root when defeated.

Just like other Demon Pillars, this boss can inflict AOE Damage. It can passively charge an additional NP bar per turn, therefore you need to be quick in killing it or have invulnerable/evade ready. Summer Martha would do very well here as currently the only Single Target Ruler in the game.

-> Sacrilege Tetrahedron III – Drops Doujin Motivation(Red)

Raid Boss: BB Pele – Alter Ego / Anastasia – Caster – 1,600,000 HP

Summer BB has increased Crit Damage / Anastasia lowers All Cards Effectiveness when fought at Night.

BB does not have an NP, only performs an Extra Attack when fully charged.Anastasia will Regen an extra 1 NP Charge Per Turn.

  1. Stage 1 – BB – 350,000 HP, Will inflict burn on frontline servant, Drops Doujin Motivation when defeated.
  2. Stage 2 – BB – 450,000 HP, Immune to Buster Damage(except Crits), has permanent Critical Damage up, inflict burn on frontline servants, Drops Doujin Motivation when defeated.
  3. Stage 3 – Anastasia – 350,000 HP, Grants self Sure-Hit for 4 turns, Drops Doujin Motivation when defeated.
  4. Stage 4 – Anastasia – 450,000 HP, Debuffs all Card Types for frontline, Grants self Sure-Hit for 4 turns, Drops Doujin Motivation when defeated.
  5. Final – Anastasia – 57,000 HP, Grants self Sure-Hit for 4 turns, Drops Divine Wine when defeated.

BB can be handled with Anti-Female/Anti-Divine Servants. She can deal some significant Crit Damage against your team and can charge her Bar Quickly to let her do an Extra Attack. Anastasia can be easily dealt with Single Target Riders like Kintoki Rider, Ushiwakamaru, Sakamoto Ryoma, etc.

-> Sacrilege Tetrahedron IV – B B B – Drops all Doujin Point Types

Raid Boss: BBB – Foreigner – 1,800,000 HP

Lowers Frontless Defense when Fought on Days 1-3.

  1. Stage 1 – 300,000 HP, Drops Doujin Points when defeated.
  2. Stage 2 – 400,000 HP, Drops Doujin Points when defeated.
  3. Stage 3 – 500,000 HP, Starts battle at MAX NP charge, Drops Doujin Points when defeated.
  4. Stage 4 – 600,000 HP. Starts battle at MAX NP Charge, Drops Doujin Points when defeated.
  5. Final – 59,000 HP, Drops Demon Hearts when defeated.

BBB can self charge her NP along with boosting her Crit Damage considerably. Your best options is MHXX who deals double damage to other Foreigners and comes with an Extra Damage against enemies with “Threat to Humanity” Trait which BBB has. You can also go with ST Alter Egos such as Meltryllis and Mecha Liz.

Challenge Quest (Year 1 & 2 Summer Servants)

  • This Challenge Quest consists of all the Summer Servants from the previous Summer Events(Year 1 and 2).
  • There are a total of 8 Servant Enemies that will have 2 health bars – Around 20-30k HP for their first bar and around 110-130k HP for their second bar.
  • Each servant will start own in their normal base form on their first bar, then will transform into their summer version on their 2nd bar. (Classes will change as well)
  • It is recommended to fight the CQ during the Night time as Raikou will full charge her bar to the Max after transforming.
  • Each servant will have a special effect once their first bar breaks and they transform.

The order will go as follows with 3 Servants(Normal Form/Summer Form) being on the field at one time:

  1. Fran(Berserker/Saber) – Removes debuffs and grants self Attack Up and Defense Down.
  2. Helena(Caster/Archer) – Self Crit Damage Up for 3 Turns.
  3. Nobunaga(Archer/Berserker) – WARNING: Fully charges NP with break bar and will NP one servant right away!
  4. Nitocris(Caster/Assassin) – Gains 1 turn Evasion.
  5. Raikou(Berserker/Lancer) – Self Crit Rate up for 3 turns. WARNING: During NOON will fully charge NP and will NP one servant right away!
  6. Artoria Alter(Saber/Rider) – Debuff all frontline with NP Gain Down(NOON) or Star Gen Down(NIGHT).
  7. Nero(Saber/Caster) – Charges NP by 1 bar.
  8. Ishtar(Archer/Rider) – Debuff Frontline with Attack Down for 3 turns.

Make sure you have some form of Invul/Evade/stun or a taunt when you wipe out the first wave, as Nobunaga will kill one of your servants if they aren’t protected.

As long as you fight during the Night time, the fight should be significantly easier as Raikou will not fully charge herself and Alter will not reduce your NP Gain.

This fight shouldn’t be too hard as long as you watch out for Nobunaga and fight during the Night. Just Make sure to focus on servants who are about to get their NP bar ready the soonest.

Using AOE’s are the best choice and putting a stun on Nobunaga should stop her from harming your team while letting you move quickly to clear out the Challenge Quest.

Drop Rates

  1. Focus on farming one point banner, once you reach 500k you can switch to farming the other point banners for Main Quest Progression.
  2. Maximize Team Bonus for Point Farming. (Check Farm Table Below and Infograph for details)
  3. Avoid MLB the point CE’s until you each the 800k where you get the last ccaopy.
  4. This Event tends to drop feathers on most quests, while the rates are not as good as farming Salem, you will get a fair bit of them during your time in the event.
  5. The Material drop rates in the Ka’awa, Diamond Head, Koko Head, Kukaniloko, Hilo, Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa, Kilauea Volcano are fairly decent. They are comparable to doing 40 AP Training grounds with about the same chance to drop Gold Skill Gems while having superior Ascension Material Drop Rates.
  6. Prologue and Part 1 Free Quests drop Event Currency at fairly Uniform rates at 35 base total and 15 stacks that multiple with drop bonus. Average of 4,500 points per run.
  7. Part 2 Free Quests are superior with Point grind at an average of 6,000, but they are inferior with Event Currency as they are split between two different types for each node.
